Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right level?
If you’ve never recorded or delivered a structured talk, start with Beginner. If you regularly present at work, choose Intermediate. If you manage executive updates or media, Advanced is for you.
What is a cohort program?
Cohorts are small groups that meet weekly for guided drills. You rotate roles—speaker, scribe, timer, and audience—so you learn by doing and observing.
Do you offer 1:1 coaching for a specific event?
Yes. Coaching packages focus on your upcoming talk. We refine structure, delivery, slides, and Q&A in focused sessions.
Are sessions recorded?
We provide optional recordings for self-review when all participants consent. You can disable recording anytime.
What equipment do I need?
For virtual sessions, a stable connection, a webcam, and a headset are ideal. For in-person workshops, we supply timing tools and materials.
Can my company sponsor a team program?
Yes. We tailor workshops for product demos, exec briefings, and customer storytelling. Contact us to scope goals and scheduling.
Do you offer certificates?
We issue completion certificates outlining skills practiced and outcomes you can share with your manager or on LinkedIn.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds up to 7 days before a cohort start. For coaching, unused sessions are refundable within 30 days of purchase. See our Terms for details.
How much time should I budget weekly?
Most cohorts require 2–3 hours per week including live sessions and brief solo drills.
