1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Keenwood Oratory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide public speaking training including cohorts, workshops, self-paced courses, and coaching. We may update services at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use immediately.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in USD and may change. Taxes may apply based on your location. Access is granted upon successful payment.
5. Refunds
Cohorts: full refund up to 7 days before the start date. Coaching: unused sessions refundable within 30 days. Self-paced: refunds within 7 days if less than 20% completed.
6. Acceptable use
- No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- No unauthorized recording or sharing of materials
- No infringement of others’ rights
7. Intellectual property
Course materials are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed without permission.
8. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Training effectiveness depends on your effort, context, and practice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using services at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of laws principles.
